Oct 5 and Nov 2, Thursdays: Yoga with Cats Join the Humane Society of Sedona for YOGA with cats at 4 pm. HSS has partnered with 7 Centers Yoga Studio to bring you Cat Yoga the first Thursday of each month at HSS. Classes will be a moderate pace, fun for everyone and all skill levels. All proceeds benefit the animals of Circle L Ranch Rescue.
